Welcome to LioGames (“Platform”). LioGames is an online digital goods and services platform that facilitates the sale, purchase, delivery, and management of digital gaming products, including but not limited to game top-ups, in-game currencies, gift cards, digital codes, subscriptions, and related services.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform, including the website, APIs, applications, tools, content, and services provided by LioGames (“LioGames”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Account: A registered user account on LioGames

  • Buyer / User: Any individual or entity using the Platform

  • Content: All text, images, graphics, software, code, data, audio, video, and materials made available through the Platform

  • Intellectual Property: All copyrights, trademarks, logos, brand names, software, and proprietary materials owned by LioGames or third parties

  • Item(s): Any digital goods, services, or virtual products offered on the Platform

  • Legal Age: Minimum age required to provide legal consent under applicable law

  • Platform: LioGames website, systems, applications, APIs, and infrastructure

  • LioGames Balance: Prepaid stored-value balance usable only on the Platform

  • Services: All services provided through the Platform

2. ACCEPTANCE & LEGAL CAPACITY

2.1 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of Legal Age in your jurisdiction.
2.2 If you are under Legal Age, you may only use the Platform with consent from a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility.
2.3 Any use in violation of this clause is unauthorized.

3. LICENSE TO USE

3.1 LioGames grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms.
3.2 This license does not grant ownership or proprietary rights.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

4.1 An Account is required to access certain features.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4.4 All actions performed through your Account shall be deemed authorized by you.
4.5 LioGames may suspend or terminate Accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS & PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Interfere with system security, APIs, or automation

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform

  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

  • Abuse refund systems or payment gateways

  • Circumvent restrictions, sanctions, or regional limitations

  • Harvest user data without consent

  • Use LioGames Intellectual Property without permission

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

6. CONTENT & USER SUBMISSIONS

6.1 Any content or information submitted by you is non-confidential.
6.2 You grant LioGames a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such submissions for Platform operations and improvements.
6.3 LioGames is not responsible for user-generated content.

7. DIGITAL GOODS & SERVICES

7.1 All Items are digital and non-physical.
7.2 Items have no real-world cash value.
7.3 Items cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged unless explicitly permitted.
7.4 Delivery may occur via automated systems or third-party APIs.

8. PAYMENT, WALLET & BALANCE

8.1 Payments may be processed via supported payment methods, including cryptocurrency.
8.2 Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
8.3 LioGames Balance:

  • Is not a bank account

  • Non-transferable and non-withdrawable

  • Valid for 24 months

  • Non-refundable after expiry

9. AVAILABILITY & MODIFICATION OF SERVICES

9.1 LioGames may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
9.2 Features may be released in beta or trial form.
9.3 LioGames may conduct audits, monitoring, or reviews of Accounts for compliance.

10. DISCLAIMERS

10.1 Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
10.2 LioGames makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or availability.
10.3 Use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LioGames shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Item.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

LioGames shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, cyber incidents, regulatory changes, or third-party failures.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

13.1 All Platform content is protected by applicable IP laws.
13.2 You may not copy, distribute, or exploit Platform content without written consent.

14. DISCLOSURE & COMPLIANCE

LioGames may disclose user information where required by law, regulation, court order, or for fraud prevention, AML, or security purposes.

15. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

15.1 LioGames may suspend or terminate Accounts without notice for violations, fraud, or legal requirements.
15.2 Remaining balances may be forfeited where legally permitted.
15.3 Termination clauses shall survive Account closure.

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
LioGames may choose arbitration or alternative dispute resolution.

17. SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

Invalid provisions shall not affect the remaining Terms.
Failure to enforce does not constitute waiver.

18. VARIATION & ASSIGNMENT

LioGames may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Rights may be assigned without notice.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with all related policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and LioGames.
